Viktoriya Bulieieva, a Ukrainian opera singer, chose two incredible dresses by Oksana Mukha for her debut on the famous stage of the Monte Carlo Opera. This debut was a remarkable achievement that earned her the prestigious Maria Callas Award in the Best Young Opera Artist category.
